Hello Sunday! This week seems to have gone by more quickly than the last. In fact, I feel like I’m always trying to catch up at the moment. Chasing my own tail, so to speak. I’ve been feeling a bit overwhelmed as of late. I need to get back to writing lists and being more organised; I’ve let it slip and it’s starting to show.
It’s also been a quiet week for us which has been quite nice. As it gets more and more closer to Christmas, and our due date, I think it’ll be nice to take a step back and spend more time as a family of three before we change into a family of four. It’s definitely going faster this time around; I suppose running after a 2 year old will do that!
My No Spend Month Challenge is going well for the second month running and people are discussing ideas and successes over in the Facebook Group that I have created for it. I’m so pleased that it is helping people ? I am finding October much more tricky in terms of spending though. I’m not quite as in the zone as I was in September. It’ll be interesting to see what our finances are like by the end of the month, put it that way.
Finally, my mini course called Reduce Your Food Spend launches tomorrow! EEEEEEEK! I’m so excited and nervous about this in equal measure. It’s been in the works a while and it’s a make or break moment for me here at The Frugal Cottage. I want to go more into helping others specifically, whether through online courses, mentoring or in “real life” so to speak too 🙂 Please come and check back tomorrow to read all about it!
5 things I’ve enjoyed/been grateful for this week:

2) The new series of Cold Feet 🙂
3) Early morning snuggles with Frugal Baby #1
4) Feeling Frugal Baby #2 dancing away inside me.
5) The cooler weather

2) How I Slowly Grew My Blog My Own Way by Cait Flanders. A timely reminder that we are all different.
3) 10 Reasons Why I Love Autumn So by A Bookish Baker. This post sums up what Autumn is all about.
